For the shipment of your order you can choose either a transport company (with which we work) for large parcels, or an ELTA courier. You also have the opportunity to pick up your order with your own means of transport from HouseTools.

Usually the time it will take to receive your order does not exceed 3 working days, however any delays can not be ruled out by the transport companies. In such a case, however, you will be notified by the transport company for the exact delivery time!

In the event that a product (s) is found to be defective upon delivery to the Customer, the return of the products will be accepted within seven (7) calendar days of delivery to the Customer. The above is without prejudice to the individual DOA policies of the product manufacturers as long as they comply with the Applicable Legislation.
